Worn and weathered Mercury Dimes have traveled from hand to hand across America over 75 years ago and now are regarded as a classic American coin for any collector. These dimes are hand-riveted onto a strip of salvaged brass door kickplates or scrap pieces of silver-plated brass or bronze.

This particular money clip has been riveted uniquely with a salvaged brass screw. The mercury dime, punctured through the center of the coin, is set on top of a scrap circle of brass
