This art is forged from a section of the steel-alloy ammunition housing of a F-86 “Sabre” Jet Fighter Aircraft. The Sabre won its place in history as the United States’ first swept-wing fighter jet that could counter the Soviet MiG-15 in high-speed dogfights above the skies of the Korean War. Though perhaps not as versatile as the MiG-15 as an aircraft, the Sabre saw great success during the Korean War due to experienced pilots and thorough training. This particular piece is stamped with the original identifying information found on each part of the ammunition housing.

SIZE: Large  ------ 7 3/4’’ - 9’’ wrist

Sizing Directions:

Gently wrap a piece of ribbon or string around the part of your wrist you would like to wear the bracelet. Mark where the ends meet and lay it along a ruler.  You could also use a cloth tape measure if you have one.

XS --------- 5’’ - 6 1/2’’ wrist

Small ------- 5 1/2“ - 6 3/4” wrist

Medium --- 7’’ - 8’’ wrist 

Large  ------ 7 3/4’’ - 9’’ wrist

XL   ---------  9+ inch wrist

Bracelets generally follow these sizing  guidelines and hand adjusting may be needed for best fit. 

All cuffs are flexible and can be squeezed or expanded slightly by hand to be larger or smaller.
