This is a hand forged cuff made with an authentic vintage Victrola Talking Machine Co. badge. Hand-rivited onto a silver plate band. Cuff can be adjusted within a small to medium size range of a 7 to 7.75” inch wrist. All salvaged materials. All hand made in the USA.
